I was glad to stop by Pawon Luwak Coffee during our VW tour. It’s conveniently located right next to Candi Pawon. Here, you can see the whole process of making Luwak coffee, and the staff gives you a nice explanation. We even got to see and touch the Luwak animal, which was a fun experience! We tried the Luwak coffee, and while it’s a bit pricey (as it is a luwak coffee), it was definitely tasty. You can also buy the coffee beans to take home with you. It’s a great spot to enjoy some time with family and learn something new. Definitely worth a visit!

Great place where you can find two types of specialty coffee. We love the stronger one. They taught us about the elaboration process very kindly. Touristy prices though.

I had an amazing experience at Pawon Luwak Coffee! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, eager to share the story behind their unique coffee process, especially the famous Luwak coffee. The coffee itself is exceptional—rich, smooth, and full of flavor. I also enjoyed some delicious local snacks that paired perfectly with my drink. It's a must-visit for coffee lovers and anyone visiting Borobudur. Highly recommend!

Tempat ngopi yang enak, if you want to taste real luwak coffee this the spot you want to visit, they sheltered the luwak on the backyard you can even pet one of them (they called her Iben). Very near to Candi Pawon so you can add that to your itinerary also while you're there.

We visited this coffee place just opposite the Puwon Temple. The decor is rustic with indoor and outdoor seats. Luwak coffee is their speciality and they have a luwak civet here as their pet. They offer both arabica and robusta beans. We tried arabica and it was aromatic and fragrant. They also have coffee beans and powder for sale.

This is one of the stops during our VW Tour to villages around Borobudur. PLC staff showed us through the coffee processes then meet the Luwak in person. There's sitting area at the backyard to enjoy coffee too. Try a hot cup of Luwak espresso - choose from Arabica or Robusta for only IDR.20k/cup at that time. We also purchased small bags of coffee beans, they are in proper commercial packaging if want to o bring them overseas.
